Order Process

To place an order, select the goods in our online store and complete your order online. As direct manufacturers of Multicar spare parts (without intermediaries), we have most of our assortment in stock and ready for immediate shipment. The prices listed in our online store are net prices, excluding VAT.

Shipping

Currently, the TopSpares24.eu online store delivers to Germany, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.

We mainly ship goods via DPD, and when necessary, we also use other carriers. For oversized orders, we use the services of TOPTRANS and other transport companies.

Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer (IBAN). We accept payments in €, PLN, HUF (Ft), and CZK (Kč).

If you are purchasing from us for the first time, payment is required before shipping.

If you have placed at least 3 orders with us, further orders are shipped immediately, and payment should be made within 7 days.
